Kyle Vanderweide: Co-Team Captain
By being on the team Kyle has learned skills involving eletrical, leadership and communication. Kyle is attending Kettering University and is going into Mechancial Enginneering.
Drew Craven: Co-Team Captain
Drew has learned many things throughout his 4 years on the team. From learning how to use Solidworks to leadership. He plans to return to work this summer at Griffin Tool for his second summer, in the design offices. Then in the fall, he plans to attend GVSU through Honors College to study Interdisciplinary Engineering/Robotics emphasis. He would also like to continue in FIRST by mentoring a team.
Michael Grier: Build Lead
After being apart of team lance-A-Bot for 4 years Michael is attending GVSU where he is studying chemistry. By being on the team he learned how to have a good work ethic and had good experiences over all.
Bradley Hoose: Electrical Lead
In 4 years on the robotics team, Bradley has learned many skills, including experience with electrical, programming, teamwork, and build teams. Bradley is attending MSU in the fall to major in electrical engineering.

Michael Conard: Programming Lead
Michael is attending Michigan Tech university majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Mathmatics. Since leaving the team, he has gotten an internship as a Software Engineer at MTS Systems. By being on the Robotics Team for 4 years he was able to get the experience of working in a large team on one thing which is helpful for his work environment. Using the team as a talking point was a key factor that got him the internship.
Deanna Fife: Team Captain
Deanna is attending GVSU with a double major in Film Production and Business Management. Since leaving the team, she has joined ballroom dance, has been in a TeenStock performance and has run a variety of internet productions.
